Refunds & Cancellations

Payments:

Online Payments can be done by given payment gateway system.
Online Payment: Card payment and Net Banking Payment via Phonepay Payment Gateway can be done at Online Payment link on Make Payment page.

Refunds & Cancellation:

Refunds initiated will be credited to the Bank account/card from where the transaction had initiated.
The user has an option to cancel the order till it is at the pending stage. Once your order is confirmed, it will not be going to be canceled anyway. Also, services for a new vehicle (registered after 1 april 2019) are not currently accepted.
While placing the order user can edit their information. But you need to do it within 2 hours of placing the order.
Refunds will be initiated within 3-7 bank working days from canceling the order. Duration to process refund is directly dependent on other payment gateways/banks.
